On Demand

Practice yoga anytime in the convenience of your own home. Options range from single class rentals to a monthly subscription allowing unlimited access to video content. Find a way to mindfully move your body that fits in with your lifestyle.

Private

Private classes are a great way to tailor yoga to your wants and needs. Whether you are looking deepen your own individual practice, a fun group event, or team building for your company, the options are limitless.

In Person

In person classes are available at the various studios that I teach at throughout Chicago. All locations are following strict COVID-19 regulations for everyone’s well-being. Whether it is an individual drop-in or membership options, there are plenty of ways to practice in a community space.

Pre/Postnatal Care

Pre and postnatal care can include services such as public group prenatal yoga classes, doula support, individual private sessions based on your requests, preparation for birth, as well as postnatal support. Create a program to support your own individual pregnancy experience.

Workshops/Events

Workshops and events extend beyond the weekly regular class schedule. This can include reoccurring monthly themed classes, seasonal events, moon celebrations and yoga teacher trainings. There will be constant updates based on the most current special offerings.

Bundles

These mini bundles include 3 pre-recorded yoga classes, ranging in length as well as theme or intention. You have access to the classes for 3 months with an investment of $15. Pick a bundle that aligns with you and your lifestyle, and simply press play!
