Pre and postnatal care.

Pre and postnatal care can include services such as public group prenatal yoga classes, individual private sessions based on your requests, doula services, preparation for birth, as well as postnatal support. Create a program to support your own individual pregnancy experience.

Birth Support/Doula Services

Birth support is a customizable program based on your pre/postnatal experience. I utilize my doula and prenatal yoga trainings to design classes that feel right for you. This can be a hybrid of in person and virtual sessions. Class duration and frequency is also adjustable. Some areas of interest could include doula support, focusing on alleviating common pregnancy discomforts, preparing for the birth of your baby, mini postnatal sessions while your baby is napping… the options are endless to fit in with your life.

Group Classes

Join prenatal public group yoga classes at Zen Yoga Garage in Chicago, IL. Breathing and moving with a community of pregnant practitioners can create a powerful support system. My current schedule is:

Mon | 10:30am

Classes are offered in person and virtually through membership or single class drop-ins.

Testimonials from clients …

“Nicole was right there, meeting me after triage and helping me through the early labor with movement techniques like lunges, squats, and breathwork. Her presence was truly a game-changer! … Her expertise, warmth, and dedication were beyond anything I could have hoped for, and I am incredibly grateful to have had them by my side!”
