Yoga retreats are a perfect way to prioritize your wellbeing… from mindful movement, meditation practices, Reiki, sound healing, delicious food and space to relax surrounded by the beauty of nature … your body, mind + soul with leave feeling replenished.
Workshops + events.
Workshops and events extend beyond the weekly regular class schedule. This can include reoccurring monthly themed classes, seasonal events, moon celebrations and yoga teacher trainings.

Pre and postnatal care.
Pre and postnatal care can include services such as public group prenatal yoga classes, individual private sessions based on your requests, doula services, preparation for birth, as well as postnatal support. Create a program to support your own individual pregnancy experience.
